Mission Statement
"To promote local businesses and
foster a cooperative relationship within the communities of Three
Rivers and Lemon Cove as the Gateway to the Sequoia & Kings Canyon
National Parks; while working on common goals that help our businesses and
local community to grow and prosper through workshops, social mixers, and
advertising."
Who
is the Three Rivers - Lemon Cove Business Association?
The Sequoia Foothills Chamber is made up
of members like yourself, who own a business. Regular members are
encouraged to attend monthly Board of Director meetings to keep informed
of current events and to contribute to planning future events such as
social mixers, seminars or workshops in order to get the most from their
membership in the association.

The board meets on the 4th Tuesday of
each month and members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Call our

What
are some of the associations projects & programs?
- Bulletin Board at the Three Rivers
Village Center
- In partnership with The Office Staff,
the association produces and distributes the local phone book
- On going relationship with the
Sequoia-Kings Canyon National Parks as a Gateway community
- Full color brochure about our area
distributed at California Welcome Centers and various trade shows.

The Chamber displays your company
flyer and business card
at the Sequoia
Foothills Chamber of Commerce office for free. The
office is currently
staffed six days a week to assist members, residents and
tourists. Chamber volunteers distribute requested literature and refer
member businesses.
The Chamber produces quarterly Member
newsletters and
membership mixers.
The newsletter keeps members abreast of Chamber and
business information.
The mixers provide refreshments, door prizes and
plenty of time to network
with your fellow business owners and other guests.

The Chamber coordinates promotional opportunities at
travel shows and exhibits
(additional fee applies). We recently attended
the LA Times Travel Show in
Long Beach, CA and the Bay Area Travel show in
Santa Clara, CA, where over 10,000 contacts were made with people interested
in coming to the Three
Rivers and Sequoia National Park area. Local
businesses are already receiving business from this marketing effort.
The Chamber produces a
Three Rivers Brochure and Map
that lists member businesses and is distributed throughout California
(additional fee applies).
Inclusion in
special promotions and events sponsored
by the Chamber of
Commerce. This may include “Hero Appreciation Month,” the
Home &
Country Living Expo and other future promotions only offered to
current
Chamber members.
Your
brochure displayed and distributed at the
Visalia Chamber of Commerce
for free. In addition, you can receive a discount membership in the
Visalia Chamber of Commerce (membership fee
is $100, reduced from $395).
